If you need a specifc customized solution, we will formally incorporate your requirements into the PINLY project management system. We will draw CAD drawings according to the product samples provided by customers and confrm with customers frst. The resulting drawings must be agreed with the client before any work can begin. This ensures that the proposed product meets the customer's exact specifcations.
PINLY receives over 100 specifc customer development requests per year. PINLY's experienced and creative engineering team will identify a suitable customized solution. To complete the development phase, PINLY will provide samples for your approval before the production.

When you need a new product please provide us with the detailed specifcations or samples. We will evaluate whether we can make such products and calculate the cost for your reference. If the customer think it is more affordable to re-open the mold tool, we will proceed to make the production of mold tool. The mold tool will be fnished within 20 to 30 days as soon as possible, and then the sample will be provided to the customer for confrmation firstly. After the confirmation, the production can be carried out. If there is any difference in the sample produced at this stage, we will further modifv the mold to meet the customer's satisfaction standard.
