Plugs and sockets in the test shall comply with the requirements of the relevant part of this standard. In the case of multi-wire plug-ins, the plugging force should meet special specifications. This specification should be determined by the manufacturer in consultation with the vehicle manufacturer, and the test sequence is shown in Table 1.

Tensile strength of conductor accessories

Test The tensile strength of the conductor attachment was measured with a suitable test instrument at a constant speed of 25 mm/min to 10O mm/min. The selected speed shall be recorded in the test report.

Connect each test sample to the corresponding cable according to the manufacturer's requirements. If the plug has a wire insulation support, it should be fixed. When there is more than one wire, the corresponding force is applied to each current of the same sample according to Table 2. For crimped wire accessories, plugs and sockets should be tested separately; For wire accessories with insulated alternative connections (IDC), the test should be carried out in conjunction with the plug socket already installed in the sheath (see Appendix B).
