Assembly process for ls swap ignition switch wiring harness
Step1.Cut the Wire
Use automatic wire cutting equipment to cut the wire according to the size of the process requirements, tidy up the cut wire (50 / tie) to the designated position, and label.
Step2.Exfoliation of wire shell
Install the corresponding blade according to the wire specification, adjust the stroke of peeling, clamping and tangent according to the process index, adjust the size adjustment plate according to the length of peeling, place the wire in the middle of the blade, the wire head against the size adjustment plate, step on the foot for peeling.
Step3:Brush Wire
Turn on the power supply, turn the electric copper brush clockwise, separate the oblique cladding exposed at both ends from the core wire according to the method shown in SOP, and twist the separate oblique cladding (i.e., the ground wire) tightly and straight.
Step4:Twisted wire
The twisting clamp is complete and the turning force is even. All the brushed copper wires are clamped into the twisting clamp for twisting (the copper wire should be clamped in the middle and lower part).
Step5:wetting
Adjust the tin furnace according to the temperature specified in SOP (300±20℃), arrange the wire, separate and align the conductor of each core wire, dip the conductor of the core wire with flux, and send the core wire vertically to the tin furnace (size according to SOP) when the core wire is in place, take out the wire immediately.
Step6:Terminal crimping
Cut the finished wire with a small crimping machine on the terminal, sometimes a terminal crimping more than one wire.
Step7:Partial package
The crimped wire is assembled according to the requirements of the assembly process, that is, the terminal is inserted into the sheath.
Step8:The assembly
Assemble the small assembly on the drawing board according to the loop direction (tape or pull tape bound into bundles, that is, wiring bundles).
Step9:Electrical property testing
The standard wire testing machine is used to test the performance of the wire such as voltage resistance, impedance and short circuit. Here can consider with ATX-3000S harness tester to carry out
Step10:Appearance inspection
Use the naked eye to check whether some appearance parts meet the standard, whether the lack of accessories, etc.
Step11:packaging
Tidy up the wires and pack them as shown (500PCS/ box)50PCS/ tie, 5 tie/bag, 2 bags/box; When the case is full, seal the mouth of the case with the sealing machine and label it.
